This property is in an area of rapid development and expansion located in Muskegon County but near the Ottawa line. Zoned PURD which allows flexibility for use for some residential and some types of commercial. This PURD planned unit residential development district, like the PUD district described in division 15, shall allow a flexibility of land uses found in several districts, but it shall exclude all nonresidential uses. The district should have less opportunity of conflict with adjacent lands than a PUD district because of its strictly residential character.
