On demand by the Board of Directors, any pet owner shall be responsible for producing to the Board of Directors evidence of all pet vaccinations that have been administered to such owner's pet. 6. All animals must be attended to at all times when not inside a unit. "Attended to" means within the visual or audible control of the owner or their guests.
